surespa Bromine 3-way Test Strips are formulated specifically for hot tub use and are suitable for use with all bromine-based sanitisers.
The strips test for free bromine, pH and total alkalinity.
When sanitising your hot tub with bromine granules you should test the water daily and adjust the total alkalinity, the pH and the bromine level. This is important because bromine will only sanitise effectively over a small pH range and that pH range must be maintained to keep your hot tub safe to use. If you are using bromine tablets in a floating dispenser then you will need to test less frequently.
It is important to maintain a pH level of 7.2 - 7.8 and a bromine level of 3 - 5ppm.
There are 50 strips in each pot.
Just dip a strip into the water and remove immediately. Do not shake excess water from the strip, just hold horizontally for 15 seconds and compare the colours on the strip pads with the colour chart on the side of the bottle.

Store in a cool dry place and do not let the strips get damp..
These strips will be supplied with at least 6 months use. NB. The accuracy of the readings will deteriorate after the use-by date printed on the pot.
